What is a container and how is a car delivered by sea?
The car is loaded into a standard shipping container (40 feet). Each container holds 2 to 4 cars, which are securely secured to prevent damage. The container is shipped by ship from a port (e.g. Newark, New Jersey) to Ukraine. The entire journey takes about 30–45 days, depending on weather conditions and flight schedules.
